Description
The project consisted of the comprehensive technical supervision of the construction of a Service Station in Cobija in the department of Pando, designed for the supply of Gasoline, Diesel, and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Supervision ensured adherence to engineering standards, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process, from site preparation to completion of the works. Technical Specifications of the Infrastructure The service station was built on a 1,401.43 m² plot of land, optimized for fuel sales operations and associated services. The total built area is 419.90 m², distributed in the following functional areas: Storage Tanks: An area of 51.84 m² was dedicated to the installation of underground tanks for the safe storage of liquid fuels and CNG. Supervision verified the correct implementation of containment systems, leak detection, and compliance with regulations for hydrocarbon storage. Technical Room: With 28.89 m², this space houses the station's critical equipment, including pumping systems, dispensers, electrical control panels, and security systems. Supervision focused on the correct installation and calibration of this equipment, ensuring its operability and compliance with technical and industrial safety regulations. Administrative Office: A 89.97 m² space dedicated to operational management, sales control, and customer service. Supervision ensured that this component met functionality, safety, and comfort specifications for staff and users. Canopy: A 249.20 m² protective structure designed to shield dispensing islands, vehicles, and users from weather conditions. Supervision verified the structural stability, rainwater drainage system, and installation of adequate lighting systems. Technical supervision was crucial to ensure that the construction of each component complied with current national and international regulations for service stations, guaranteeing operational safety, supply efficiency, and environmental protection.
