Description
This project seeks the Review and Validation of the Final Design for the construction, equipment, implementation, and start-up of a Vegetable Oil and Additives Processing Plant in Villa Ingavi, Beni, Bolivia. The main objective is the production of biodiesel from palm oil for the substitution of diesel imports, in line with Bolivia's industrialization policy. The projected capacity is 20 Tn/hour, expandable to 45 Tn/hour, operating under a continuous and automated process. General Scope of Supply. The project consists of carrying out the Final Design: Complete Engineering (architectural, structural, hydrosanitary, electrical) with calculation memories, detailed plans (AutoCAD/Revit-BIM). Civil Works: Construction of all infrastructure (production nave, laboratories, workshops, PTAR, etc.) with material specifications and finishes according to regulations. Structural Systems: Design based on geotechnical tests and seismic considerations, including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, and metal structures (ASTM A-36). Hydrosanitary Systems: Design and implementation of water networks (potable, process, fire-fighting), sewerage (sanitary, rainwater), and water/effluent treatment systems. Electrical Systems: Provision of substation, panels (CCM with 3B pattern), distribution networks, lighting, low-voltage systems (telecommunications, security), and emergency system with generator backup. WEG IP-55 motors. Process Machinery and Equipment: Complete Process: Hoppers, weighers, sterilizers (dynamic), dehullers, presses (double screw), digesters, clarifiers, decanters, centrifuges (self-cleaning), fiber/almond separation systems, dryers, filters, silos, and pumps. Steam Generation: 25 Tn/h boiler, with energy recovery from palm by-products. Energy Generation: Steam turbine coupled to a generator, using the boiler's steam (diesel generators only for start-up). Internal Transport: Redler/Bulkflow type conveyors, helical, with motorization, instrumentation, and protection. Automation: Fully automated plant with PLC, supervision screens, and integral process control. Digital network instrumentation. Pipes and Accessories: Supply and installation of pipes (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloys) with steam heating tracing, welded valves with specific procedures, standardized flanges, and sampling points. Thermal Insulation: For equipment and pipes with ceramic fiber or polyurethane, coated with polished stainless steel. Provision of Mobile Mechanical Extractor - Oil Palm Additionally, the project includes a complete mobile micro-extraction plant with the following characteristics: Capacity: 1,500 Kg CFF/h. Process: Cold extraction of vegetable oils. Material: Totally built in stainless steel. Components: Conveyors, dosing hopper, threshing machine, continuous press, decanting tank, filter press, pulmon tank, filtered oil pump, power/command panel, interconnections, diesel generator, and vehicle (truck with removable body). This project is fundamental for the industrialization of Bolivia, promoting local biodiesel production and generating a positive socio-economic impact in the Beni region.
