Description
The project consisted of the development of the Final Design for the construction and implementation of an infrastructure oriented to integral physical activity, aimed at lady and gentleman cadets, contemplating both physical and mental development. The designated area covers a total surface area of 1,700.00 m², with a built surface area of 2,393 m² distributed over three levels. The scope of work included the complete development of architecture, basic engineering, detailed engineering, and complementary specialties. The final design contemplates the implementation of a modern training center that integrates a gym equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a semi-Olympic pool, conceived under functional, regulatory, and comfort criteria. These spaces have been designed to meet the specific demands of a population in constant training and physical exertion, such as cadets, allowing for the practice of both strength and resistance exercises and swimming at a recreational and competitive level. In addition to the sports areas, the project incorporates complementary spaces for group activities, such as aerobics, yoga, and functional training rooms, with the purpose of promoting teamwork, discipline, and group cohesion. The architectural design also integrates service and circulation areas, ensuring universal accessibility, operational efficiency, and user comfort. At the same time, the design contemplates a program of use and physical training that includes workshops on health, nutrition, and wellness, framing the project within a comprehensive approach to training. This vision seeks to promote healthy lifestyles, responsible habits, and an improvement in the quality of life of the direct users. Finally, it is expected that this center will not only fulfill sports functions but will also become a symbolic space for social cohesion and comprehensive training, contributing to institutional and community development. Its execution will position the infrastructure as a replicable model in other training centers in the country.
